Requesting a Confirmation Receipt

After purchasing a subscription, you will receive a confirmation email for this transaction. It will display your company name, the subscription/plan you have purchased, currency and amount paid, payment details and the transaction number.

If you need a receipt or invoice and the confirmation email does not suffice, you can submit a support request through Invoice2go Support. Enter Invoice Request as the subject title or question.

To facilitate your request for a receipt faster, please provide the following in your support request:

  • Your Account ID
  • A screenshot of the confirmation email

The receipt request will be processed after the required information is provided. You will receive the receipt within 48 hours.
