How to Edit Your Tax Settings

Tax settings are automatically set when you select a country.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Tax Type.
  3. Select how many taxes you want to apply.
  4. Tap on Back.
  5. Tap on the tax or taxes under Tax Type to set up the tax details.
  6. Enter the tax Rate.
  7. Enter the Abbreviation of the tax.
  8. Set the toggle button for Multi Rate to ON if you want to apply variable tax rates.
  9. Set the toggle button for Inclusive to ON if you want to include the tax in the amount of your product.
  10. Tap on Back.

If applying two or three taxes, an Accumulative of tax option will display.

Set the toggle button for this option to ON, if you want to apply the second or third tax to the sum of the subtotal and the amount of your first and/or second tax.

Android

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap on Tax Type.
  3. Select how many taxes you want to apply.
  4. Tap on back.
  5. Tap on the tax or taxes under Tax Type to set up the tax details.
  6. Enter the Abbreviation of the tax.
  7. Enter the tax Rate.
  8. Check the box for Multi Rate if you want to apply variable tax rates.
  9. Check the box for Inclusive if you want to include the tax in the amount of your product.
  10. Tap on Save.

If applying two or three taxes, an Accumulative of tax option will display.
