How to Add Another Company

If you have multiple companies and want to separate your invoicing transactions, you can add another company in the app and then easily swap between them as needed.

Each new company you add will require a separate account and subscription.

When creating another account, if you are planning on using the same email address for your additional company as your current account, then use the same password as well. When logging in, you will see a list of the companies associate with that email.

Once you have added another company, you can switch between companies within the mobile app by tapping on Companies in the side menu and then selecting the company you want to access; from the web app click your company name in the top right-hand corner drop down, click Companies and then swap to your other company.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Tap on Companies
  2. Tap on Add Company
  3. Select Yes to confirm
  4. Tap on Get Started to create a new company. Or, tap on Log In to access an existing account.

Android

  1. Tap on Companies.
  2. Tap on the Plus sign button in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Select Get Started to create a new company. Or, tap on Log In to access an existing account.

Web

If you have multiple companies and want to separate your invoicing transactions, you can add another company in the app.

  1. Go to the web app.
  2. On the login page, click on Create Account to create a new company. Or, enter your Email and Password then click on Sign In to access an existing account.
