Terms and Conditions

We’ve created a dedicated field for any additional information you have, such as your Terms and conditions, so you’ll no longer need to upload a separate file.

To add your Terms & Conditions to a document:

iPhone and iPad

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Customize invoice
  3. Tap on Options
  4. Select Footer in the menu at the bottom of your screen
  5. Tap on Terms and conditions
  6. Enter your terms and conditions in the text field
  7. Tap on Save

Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Customize invoice
  3. Tap on Options
  4. Select Footer in the menu at the bottom of your screen
  5. Tap on Terms and conditions
  6. Enter your terms and conditions in the text field
  7. Tap on Save

Web

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Layout & content
  3. Click on Footer
  4. Click into the Add terms and conditions fields
  5. Add terms and conditions
  6. Click Save design

Your Terms & Conditions will now appear on the bottom of all of your documents.
