Export Your Data

 

Export2go allows you to export your invoices, estimates, purchase orders, credit memos, clients, products, receipts and time entries and download the data in either a CSV, XML or JSON file format.

iPhone or iPad

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under Tools, tap Export
  3. From the dropdown list, select what you data you want to export
  4. Select either from the Updated recently section or select Date Range Export and choose the time frame
  5. Tap Export
  6. Select what file format you want your information to be emailed as: CSV, XML or JSON
  7. Tap Start Again to return to the Export.2go.com home page

Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Under Tools, tap Export

  1. Go to Export.2go.com
  2. Sign into your Invoice2go account
  3. From the dropdown list, select what you data you want to export
  4. Select either from the Updated recently section or select Date Range Export and choose the time frame
  5. Click Export
  6. Select what file format you want your information to be exported as: CSV, XML or JSON
  7. Select whether you want your data downloaded or emailed
  8. Click Start Again to return to the Export.2go.com home page

Helpful Tips

  • Invoice2go's export data does not specifically integrate with Quickbooks, Xero or any other accounting based platform. Some programs, however, will allow you to upload your data in a certain excel file as long as it is formatted the way they want
  • Export2go only exports data CSV, XML or JSON file formats. If you are looking to download a historical copy of your actual invoice, you can print and save a copy
