Personalize Email Message

You can choose to edit your email message before you send it to your client or you can set a default email message to be displayed when sending an invoice.

A personal touch can go a long way for a business. Invoice2go knows this, which is why the apps give you the option to create a personalized email message.

Whenever you email an invoice - or any other document - your default message is applied to the body of the email. When you modify the default message, you have the chance to infuse your emails with the personality of your business.

Regardless of your device, setting up a personalized message is a quick and pain-free process. To get started, just follow the steps below for your device.

To display a Notify button in the email message, go to Settings and set the toggle button for Payment Notifications to ON. You can send a copy of your invoices automatically to another email address when you add it as an email Cc or Bcc in the app. Go to Settings and select Email Cc & Bcc then enter the email address.
