Send an Invoice

Invoicing your clients through Invoice2go is a quick and easy process. Whether you’re using a mobile device or a personal computer, an invoice can be sent in a matter of seconds.

When you send invoices from your mobile device, such as an iPhone, Samsung Galaxy or a tablet, they are sent through the default email app on the device. iOS devices will send invoices through the Mail app and Android devices will send from the mail app of your choice. Once you send your invoices from your mobile device, you can reference your email outbox and see that your invoice was successfully delivered to your customer.

From the Invoice2go web app, you can send invoices from your computer. Invoices sent from the web app are delivered from Invoice2go's email domain mail@invoice2go.com. Even though your invoice is sent from Invoice2go's email domain, your invoice is delivered to your customer as though it coming from you.

All invoices you send will show up in your invoice folder. When those invoices are marked as paid, they are automatically transferred to your paid invoices folder. 

iPhone and iPad

  1. Tap on the Invoices folder
  2. Tap on the invoice you want to preview
  3. Tap on the Action button
  4. Select Email
  5. Tap Send

Android

  1. Tap on the Invoices folder
  2. Tap on the invoice you want to preview
  3. Tap on the Action button
  4. Select Email
  5. Tap Send

Web

  1. Click on the Folders button
  2. Click on the Invoices folder
  3. Click on the invoice you want to send
  4. At the top of the page in the menu option, click on Send
  5. Inside the Send option at the bottom of the page, click on Send to email invoice
