Display Parts and Labor Separately on an Invoice

Add items as Parts or Labor and display them separately on your invoice.

Depending on your business, separating out the parts and labor on an invoice may be a necessity. To streamline this process, Invoice2go provide the option to have this sorting done automatically.

With Separate Parts and Labor enabled, Invoice2go will automatically group your line items based upon their assigned type - parts or labor. Each section on the invoice will have it’s own subtotal, allowing you and your clients to see a detailed breakdown of the services rendered.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Options
  3. Set the Separate Parts and Labor toggle button to ON to display parts and labor separately
  4. Tap on Back

Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Options
  3. Set the Separate Parts and Labor toggle button to ON to display parts and labor separately

Web

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Documents
  3. Check the box for Parts & Labor to display parts and labor separately
