Display Bank Details on an Invoice

Invoice2go understands that diversity in payment options is one of the ways that businesses thrive. In keeping with this, we aim to provide as many options as possible when it comes to your invoices.

Some merchants may desire that their client pay via direct deposit. If that’s the case, you can use the Bank Details feature to provide the relevant banking information to your clients.

When in use, this feature will append any banking details entered to the bottom of your invoices. Your clients can then use that information when making a deposit.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Payment Options
  3. Select Bank Details
  4. Enter your bank details
  5. Tap on Save

Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap on Payment Options
  3. Select Bank Details
  4. Enter your bank details

Web

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Payments
  3. Toggle on Attach Bank Details
  4. Click Enter Details and type in your bank details
  5. Once you create your invoice and click preview you will see the bank details on the bottom right corner of your Invoice
