Add an Item to an Invoice

Invoice2go believes that filling out your invoices should be as painless as possible. That’s why we’ve made adding items as simple as a few clicks.

On all your devices, you have access to a Product List that stores information about your frequently invoiced products. This information can easily be applied to invoices and modified as needed.

Need to invoice a new product? We’ve got you covered there, too. Whether you’re on a mobile device or your computer, it’s quick and easy to enter details about a new product directly on your invoice.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Tap on the Add Item button
  3. Enter the item description or tap on Pick from Product List
  4. Tap on Next
  5. Enter the Item Amount details
  6. Tap on Done

Android

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Tap on the Add Item button
  3. Enter the product description or tap on Pick from Product List
  4. Tap on Next
  5. Enter the Item Details
  6. Tap on Save

Web

  1. Open the invoice
  2. Enter the item description or Item Code. *Note if you have corresponding items already created in your product list, as you begin to type you will see options auto-populate
  3. Or, click on the green three line symbol on the left hand side of the page below from the Add Description to pick from Product List
  4. Enter the Rate Quantity details
  5. Click on Done
